From the Office of Human Rights Studies & Social Development, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, Salaya, Thailand. Training will examine the key mechanisms used to deal with violations of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights committed throughout the Asia Pacific region. It will look specifically at the role of post-conflict trials, national human rights commissions and commissions of inquiry and investigation, reconciliatory processes, and forms of mediation and arbitration. Applications are welcome from all regions.
