The Australian Centre for Court and Justice System Innovation (ACCJSI) is a research and teaching centre based at Monash University Law Chambers (MULC) in Melbourne, Australia.
The Australian Centre for Court and Justice System Innovation (ACCJSI) is a joint initiative between the Faculty of Law and the Australasian Institute for Judicial Administration (AIJA). The ACCJSI has a strong focus on non-adversarial justice research and practice, including facilitative, advisory and adjudicative forms of dispute resolution.
The Centre supports an overarching Australian approach of research into, and evaluation of the fields of court administration, operation and innovation and non-adversarial justice. In addition, the national nature of the Centre with its links into policy, judicial and broader frameworks as well as links to international centres ensures that the research and evaluation framework is informed and relevant to modern dispute and justice settings.
