Commercial Law Group

Formed in 2010 with a strong emphasis upon the commercial dimensions of private, transnational, and international law in academic research and teaching, the Commercial law Group has more than 15 Faculty members actively engaged in commercial specialisations, electives, and core subjects in the LLB, JD, and LLM courses as well as research degree supervisions.

The Commercial Law Group concentrates upon a broad range of commercial research and teaching areas of relevance to state, national, and international audiences.

In particular, its main program areas and professorial leaders include:
