The regulatory sector at a national and international level is extensive and complex, but the study of regulation is a relatively new discipline.

The Monash Centre for Regulatory Studies brings together the wide range of knowledge and expertise within Monash University to provide a focus for teaching and research in regulation.

Through our postgraduate teaching program, we offer a core set of ideas, theories and skills to enable practitioners to analyse and deal with contemporary regulatory challenges.
