Enrol in a postgraduate unit at Monash Law School that is relevant to your professional development and practice and you may be able to contribute towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements while also benefiting from the specialist content and expert teaching skills of Monash Law School.
The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme, established by the Law Institute of Victoria, requires all legal practitioners holding a practising certificate in Victoria to complete ten hours of CPD activities every CPD year which runs from the 1 April to 31 March. Units of postgraduate study may count towards this requirement. For more information on rules and requirements.
Graduates may enrol in any of the postgraduate units on offer as an assessed or non-assessed unit. Students who complete assessment may seek credit for that unit towards a graduate diploma or masters degree.

Applicants must have successfully completed a recognised law degree.
You can apply online. Applications must be submitted approximately one month prior to the commencement of the relevant unit to ensure a place.
International students are not usually eligible to undertake single unit enrolments due to visa restrictions.
