Graduate Diploma in Law (Intellectual Property)

Course structure

This course normally comprises eight coursework units, but credit may be given for up to four units for recognised prior learning. Students must choose at least three units in the area of intellectual property law, although candidates who are admitted without advanced standing must complete a minimum of five units from this area of specialisation.
